Fountain Volunteer Fire Company is located just east of Keyser, WV and provides Fire, Rescue, and EMS Services to a population of approximately 1800 residents. Station 39 also provides Special Operation Services to Mineral County, WV such as Hazardous Materials Response, High and Low Angle Rope Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, and Swift Water Rescue.
