Each ticket will be a donation payable through the credit/debit card link provided on the Square Website

• Once all tickets are sold, the winner will be drawn on Facebook Live and posted to the winner board.
• Must be 18 years of age to play.
• If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder. Emails are occasionally slow, as long as you receive an order number your purchase was successful.
• If you don’t claim your winnings within thirty days (30) the prize will be forfeit and become Fountain Fire Company property.
• We do not ship. All items are to be picked up only. All winners including out of state winners are responsible for picking up the item. We will coordinate a convenient time for pickup with the winner. All items will be picked up at our Fire Station at 10707 Knobley Road Keyser, WV 26726.

By purchasing a chance, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules found on the Terms and Conditions page of our website, FountainVFC39.com/terms-conditions. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a chance on the raffle campaign. ALL sales will be done via our Square online store & the raffle will be open until all sure tips are sold!

Please understand that we are volunteers who also work full-time jobs and have families. Boards are not updated instantaneously. We try to update the board at least twice a week. If you do not see your name after 3 days, message us at [email protected] or visit FountainVFC39.com/contact.

Once all chances have been sold, we will go live on Facebook and pull the winning number! You will then be notified and arrangements will be made to pick up your winnings. The winner must be present at pick-up of their prize and must present a valid government-authorized form of photo identification in order to claim their prize.

Responsibility for Taxes and Other Costs Associated with Winning. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other government assessments, if any, are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Fountain Volunteer Fire Company will give winners of these prizes a W2-G form, a copy will be kept by the company and the winner is responsible to file when completing their taxes. All travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the prizes will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

Campaign Ticket Purchase is Necessary to Enter or Win. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Fountain Volunteer Fire Company to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Winner will be notified by within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Fountain Volunteer Fire Company shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within thirty days (30) from the time award notification was sent, the prize will be forfeit and become Fountain Fire Company property and an alternate Winner selected. 

All prizes are awarded “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except for any warranties that may be contained in such prize’s manufacturer’s warranty. Releasees make no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, respecting the performance or use of the prizes, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and the winner must look solely to the manufacturer for such warranties, if any.

Release of Liability. BY ENTERING THE RAFFLE, EACH ENTRANT, AS A CONDITION OF HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE, AGREES THAT THE RELEASEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGES, EXPENSES OR COSTS OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE A PRIZE OR PARTS THEREOF INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS, SUITS, INJURIES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY, DEFAMATION OR PORTRAYAL IN A FALSE LIGHT (WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL), WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASEES. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH WINNER RELEASES THE RELEASEES FROM ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE/MISUSE OF A PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH). RELEASEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO WINNERS OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR FAILURE TO SUPPLY A PRIZE OR ANY PART THEREOF, BY REASON OF ANY ACTS OF GOD, ANY ACTION, REGULATION, ORDER OR REQUEST BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL OR QUASIGOVERNMENTAL ENTITY (WHETHER OR NOT THE ACTION, REGULATIONS, ORDER OR REQUEST PROVE TO BE INVALID), EQUIPMENT FAILURE, TERRORIST ACTS, WAR, FIRE, FLOOD, EARTHQUAKE, UNUSUALLY SEVERE WEATHER, EMBARGO, LABOR DISPUTE OR STRIKE (WHETHER LEGAL OR ILLEGAL), LABOR OR MATERIAL SHORTAGE, TRANSPORTATION INTERRUPTION OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND RELEASEES’ SOLE CONTROL.

Once your payment has been received, you will get an email confirmation and receipt. Your number will be chosen at random from the sure tip board and will be sent to you in a text if requested during checkout.
